Cleaning costs are always reimbursed if the tenant does not show up on arrival.
The Billy Stays service charge is refundable (up to 3 times per year) if the traveler cancels before the start of the stay. If the traveler makes a reservation that dates overlap with an existing reservation, we will not refund the Billy Stays service charge if the traveler chooses to cancel.
Accommodation costs (the total amount to be paid) are refundable in certain cases as indicated below.
If there is a complaint on either side, Billy Stays must be notified within 24 hours of entering the premises.
Billy Stays can act as a mediator if necessary and will decide if there is a conflict.
A reservation is officially canceled when the traveler clicks the cancel button on the cancellation confirmation page, accessible by choosing Dashboard> My Trips> Edit or Cancel.
The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure events or cancellations by Billy Stays for any other reason specified in the Terms and Conditions may supersede the cancellation policy. Please check these exceptions.
Applicable taxes will be withheld and refunded.
